Wenger on Brazilian Striker Trail

UD Salamanca, a good source for Arsenal trasnfer moves in the South American market, announced in the summer that they were expecting two Brazilians to join them on loan from Arsenal.  The first was Pedro, who was on loan with them last season, but the second did not materialise.

Reports coming out of Spain are claim that Arsene Wenger is keen to sign Detinho, the 19-year-old Corinthian striker in January.

Detinho made his senior debut for the Todo Poderoso in 2007, with the young striker scoring 8 goals in 32 appearances so far during his time at Corinthians.
